1 Introduction and Eligibility

ade77 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online gaming and sports betting service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("user", "you") and ade77.

By registering on ade77, logging into an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms are written for Bangladeshi users and apply specifically to them. ade77 provides services only to adults residing within Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration

To open an account on ade77, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration may result in your account being closed immediately.

Registration Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account. Multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited.
• You must use your real name, date of birth, and contact details when registering an account.
• Your account login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the support team immediately.

KYC Verification

ade77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. If the required documents are not provided, deposits, withdrawals, or account activity may be temporarily suspended. This verification process is conducted to protect customer identity and prevent money laundering.

3 Age Verification

ade77 strictly prohibits online gaming for anyone under the age of 21. Our platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

We may request a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence for age verification. If it is found that a user under the age of 21 has been using an account, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The accepted payment methods for depositing funds on ade77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• Please avoid depositing with credit card funds or borrowed money.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to your own verified payment account.

• Your account must have sufficient balance at the time of withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if active bonus wagering requirements on your account have not been met.
• ade77 reserves the right to carry out additional verification in the case of unusual transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ade77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its users. Specific terms and conditions apply to each bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies before this bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion applies once per person, household, or IP address.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may apply to specific games — see the details of each offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (arbitrage, collusion, software assistance) is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• ade77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted.

VIP Program

The ade77 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. VIP benefits are non-transferable and will be cancelled if an account is closed.

6 Gaming Rules

All users must follow the rules below when playing games on ade77.

General Gaming Rules

• Each game has its own rules. It is advisable to read the game's detailed instructions before playing.
• In the event of a technical error, the data recorded before the incident occurred will be considered final.
• If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, the data stored in our system will be considered correct.
• If evidence of fraud or unfair advantage in a game is found, the associated winnings will be cancelled.

Sports Betting Rules

• Once a bet is placed, there is no opportunity to change the outcome.
• If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the remaining bet will remain active.
• For live betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply in case of odds changes.

7 Prohibited Activities

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ade77 platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Money laundering or misuse of bonus funds.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate games or the system.
• Using automated software, bots, or other technology to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Offensive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards the platform or its staff.
• Using or assisting in the use of another user's account.
• Any attempt at money laundering or terrorist financing.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ade77's Rights

ade77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Evidence of fraud or unfair activity.
• Failure to provide documents required for verification.
• Long-term inactive accounts (generally more than 12 months).
• Receipt of a court order or regulatory authority directive.

User Rights

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. At the time of account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, however active bonuses will be cancelled.

9 Limitation of Liability

ade77 strives to keep its platform uninterrupted and error-free. However, ade77 will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by technical failures, server problems, or internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from third-party services (payment gateways, game providers).
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or failure to protect account credentials.
• Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, power outages, or government restrictions.

ade77 will not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability will in no case exceed the amount deposited in the relevant account.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint regarding your account, a transaction, or a gaming result, please contact our 24/7 live chat support team first.

Complaint Process

• Complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the incident.
• The complaint must include a detailed description of the incident, the date and time, and the relevant transaction ID.
• We will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• Complex matters may take longer to review.

If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may proceed to the relevant independent dispute resolution process. ade77's system logs and database records will be considered the final evidence in all dispute resolutions.
